Our staff Safeguarding Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2025 Quiz and Audit is based on the latest version of Part 1 of Keeping Children Safe in Education. The audit includes over 25 questions and should take no more than 15 minutes. Whole school reporting and the option of individual feedback reports to aid training of your staff. What’s Included?
- Set up, hosting and delivery of ‘The Quiz’ online for your school
- Staff Overview 1 – by group and ordered by quality of response
- Overall Audit Report – a selection of our questions giving a brief summary of results on one page
- Reports for Individuals – Feedback for each person who completes the audit. Gives feedback to staff on any sections where they may be missing knowledge
- Detailed Audit Report – a selection of our questions giving detailed reports on each question including the demographic breakdown of responses
- A separate document listing responses to any text questions
- A confidential list summarising the performance of all staff members
- A chart showing the key local issues from KCSIE that impact your pupils from the viewpoint of your staff

Customisation and Options
Use the standard set up for the KCSIE 2025 Quiz and Audit or you can adjust the following:
- Add your school logo
- Amend how the survey finishes:
- Standard ‘Thank-you’ message
- Offer a ‘raffle ticket number’ as an incentive to complete audit
- Our default option is to collect names to help to check who has completed the audit. There is however the option to keep the audit anonymous.
